Foie Gras ÒÌ is delicacy goose liver and semi-finished goose products made by the experts of Myronivsky Hliboproduct applying French techniques. For Foie Gras manufacturing, a special system for rearing geese is being applied which gives their liver an extremely delicate flavour.
Due to its unique flavour, Foie Gras has earned the right to be considered a traditional delicacy in different countries all over the world, especially in France—the native land of this culinary creation.
Foie Gras ÒÌ appeared in the Ukrainian market in July, 2005. The poultry farm CJSC Ptahofabryka Snyatynska Nova (Ivano-Frankivsk oblast) is engaged in manufacturing this brand’s products. The goose liver is packaged in a special skin-packing at the farm that keeps its freshness and all the flavour well conserved for a long time.
Today Myronivsky Hliboproduct is the only industrial goose meat and a goose liver manufacturer in Ukraine.
